Owner needs to check his attitude at the door.

Pretty significant failure on both a sensory and food safety level. The waitress took it back and bought another fish dish out and this time it was half charred. Also tasted like different fish or much closer to the end of it's shelf life as it was extremely fishy tasting unlike snapper. Wife was too embarrassed to complain again but the waitress asked how it was and she told her. Waitress took fish back and the owner stomps out saying 'who's the lady with the fish'!? She started to explain how the first one was raw and he goes 'Yea, yea....I know about that but what was wrong with the next one?'. First things first mate....If your chef cannot cook fish (is: a solid inch deep of raw fish) then you need to direct your attitude to them. To then serve the next one as it was (charred and probably old) shows a distinct culture of arrogance and 'customer doesn't know what they are taking about' attitude. Check yourself before you wreck yourself as that's a pretty big ego for a guy that owns a barn that serves mediocre food in the middle of nowhere.
