    Finally, the last two insults 1. the property was advertised by Scotts agency online for rents well before settlement 2. No notification or information provided by Scott his agency as to the deposit owing to my mother as requested post settlement.

    LJH Casino was not my informed choice of agency - but Scott said on the day we interviewed three local agents "I have buyers". I would say "realestate agent seekers beware". Our experience and the agency is being reported to the Realestate Institute of NSW.

    I have engaged 3 agents this year to sell three properties, two in Sydney and Scott from LJH Casino to sell my mothers casino home. The two agents in Sydney were 5 star. Scott on the other hand did not answer the phone, text msgs or provide timely or accurate requested information. Scott talked up potential purchases that fell through and then finally a sale - to an investor for less than the property was worth. LJH Casino, Scott's realestate agency are the purchasers property manager for our property Scott was paid commission to be our ADVOCATE in the sale of. Conflict of intetest.
